The Community member’s app enables any community member to connect with all stakeholders including mental healthcare professionals, faith-based and trusted community leaders using UnPackThat secured real-time text, chat and proprietary video messaging technology. Similarly, community members who do not have smart phones can contact stakeholders using a PC or tablet to access UnPackThat t web portal to send their queries and comments. This service is free to any community member.
In recent years, researchers have studied the connection between religion and health and explored the effect of religious indicators on psychiatric and mental health outcomes in population, community locally and internationally. Such research suggests that religion is a generally defensive factor for mental illness.
It is within that context that we have included and empowered faith-based leaders with UnPackThat platform to engage with community members who wish to incorporate spirituality in their counseling.

UnPackThat to support activities such as scheduling appointments, completing assessments, and accessing training sessions for community members facing mental health challenges. Mental health experts can connect with individuals directly to answer inquiries. This app can also be used by Mental Health Experts to communicate with Community and Faith-based Leaders.
